Delivery Information

We deliver the items is through DTDC partnership services. We do not provide any colour guarantee for any products sold in our store. In case the recipient is not available to accept the delivery in places such as hospitals, offices and other public areas, the products will be handed over to any other person as advised by the recipient.

In case of residential deliveries, if the recipient is not at home, the products will be handed over to the neighbours only if they are willing to accept the delivery.

We do not accept orders for delivery at airports and railway stations.

In case, you are gifting, we refrain from calling the recipient for directions because we don't want to ruin your surprise. But if the delivery person is unable to locate the address or in case of other emergency situations, we may need to contact the recipient. Hence we request you to provide accurate and detailed information to ensure correct, prompt and a surprising delivery.

In case of incorrect information, we will not be responsible for wrongful delivery.

If it is an anonymous delivery and the recipient refuses to accept the item, no refund will be issued.

The sold items will not be taken back unless it has a manufacturing defect. In case your delivered product has any manufacturing defect, it will be replaced if you bring it back to the store within 5 working days with the original bill. The product will not be taken back unless the original bill is produced in the store. 

 Note that we will not replace used, spoiled or washed products and no refund will be issued for the return of such items. 

Stitched or altered products will not be taken back. 

If the defect has happened after the purchase of the product, no refund will be issued to you. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the purchased product doesn't have any manufacturing defect. 

Delivery Timings & Charges:

There are many aspects of logistics involved in each order and hence we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of the day. However, if there is a particular time slot you prefer, we request you to mention it in the order form.

The items will be dispatched within 24 hours and the final delivery will take depending on the distance of the delivery location.

Our dispatch takes place only between the fixed time of 10 am - 6 pm. All orders that are placed after 6 pm will only be dispatched on the next working day after 10 am. 

There will be no dispatch of items during Sundays and national holidays.  

Cities/areas falling outside our delivery limit will require additional charges as we will arrange for delivery from the nearest city or location where we are present. 

Service providers in different cities have varied schedules and hence we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time.  

Please ensure that you provide precise and correct information. As our service providers are locally based, they will try their best to ensure timely delivery.
